Welcome to the third edition of the Little Red Book, your ultimate guide to all professionals working in the flat sector. This time round, you’ll find some differences in the guide, aimed at making it more informative and useful in assisting your decision about who to hire to look after your block. We’ve now got companies listed regionally and we have also included indications of the building sizes and types agents specialise in, and the services they provide.
You’ll also find A-Z listings for solicitors, surveyors and valuers and of course, we’ve also got the usual informative features about choosing an agent, what to do when you need a new agent, and some other useful how-to tips.
