Leslie Griffiths joined the Claibon team in April 2005 after becoming restless during his retirement. Upon meeting Leslie and seeing his enthusiasm and experience we engaged him as a temporary concierge/porter. He has become one of our clients’ most popular temporary workers and is always requested back by every property he works at.

Born in the Ukraine, Anatoly came to the UK after completing his studies at Military Academy and on the State University Physical Education course. Arriving in the UK was when the real challenges hit Anatoly: “I was faced with a completely different social society and took on the challenge of dealing with everything life prepared for me. One of the challenges was the hotel and catering industry."

Born on the Island of St. Helena in the south Atlantic, Nigel Henry started his career as an Administrative Officer for the BBC and then gave 14 years’ service in the British Merchant Navy as a Purser. “The Job called for leadership skills,” he says, “and being able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, from the chambermaid to royalty. I found this role challenging and enjoyable and was sorry to leave, but knew further opportunities awaited me.

Mark Rooks is the proud House Manager of the Yoo building and particularly likes the Yoo brand www.yooarehere.com. “Each building has its own character and The Yoo is very much a place where people live who are inspired by Art and the Philippe Starck design concept. We have films playing in the main entrance hall on the large screen or music playing in the lobby which helps to create the desired ambiance.
