As a Practice we can add value at every stage of development, from initial survey and concept planning through to the design, engineering and fit-out of interior spaces.

Sustainability is a central theme of our work. We can deliver innovative and practical energy-saving designs or assist clients with reducing the carbon footprint of their existing building stock.

What others say about them:

Ingleton Wood delivered an excellent service in relation to the delivery of Emanuel House. This included two years of post-tender correspondence and residents’ meetings, attending evening sessions with residents and meeting councillors. The project management was excellent and the works and end product was in line with all client and resident expectations.

John Hayden, Mechanical, Electrical and Compliance Manager, City West Homes, London

The team got to grips with understanding the employer’s requirements and demonstrated their knowledge of the project through tender pitches with the client. We have also liaised with the structural engineering team with respect to tender pitches who again were very supportive and provided piling VE solutions to achieve a property client’s requirements.

Ian Woollison, Divisional Director, 8build

We really enjoy working with Ingleton Wood and used their services constantly since 2009. The size of their team means that it is easier to form a good working relationship ensuring that in urgent situations you get the response required. The quality of the work/ design they provide is excellent and the finishes suggested are to the highest standards. They are very client focussed and work extremely hard to maintain their relationships and ensure that all deadlines are met.
