Our specialised maintenance desk is equipped to deal with any emergency issues co-ordinating the necessary works with contractors from your approved suppliers or the Adiuvo recommended and vetted list. Our bespoke system allows us to manage multiple issues and allows you to monitor the progress of all issues on your properties in real-time. We cover all aspects of out of hours property care including Block, Social Housing, Lettings and Commercial Management in addition to snagging and aftercare responsibilities of Developers.
