Colin Horton
Colin is the Managing Director of Hortons Valuers and the owner of the YLP (Young Leasehold Professionals). He has negotiated over 3000 Lease Extensions and Enfranchisements and is recognised in the industry for his creative and tenacious negotiation skills. He is a finalist in the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards and is also included in top 100 most influential people in Leasehold Reform.
Angela Alexiou
Angela has extensive experience in Leasehold enfranchisement which includes extending leases using the statutory or voluntary procedure, assisting Lessees to purchase or Landlords to sell the Freehold and I have experience in the Right of First Refusal and Right to Manage Claims. She prides herself in the commercial advice she provides her clients as she navigates a matter through the enfranchisement process.
