We are thrilled to announce that the Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) for 2024 are open for submissions!
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the annual ERMAs has evolved into a prominent event, recognising excellence in the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage sector. By participating in these prestigious awards, your organisation has the opportunity to receive the recognition it truly deserves.
Since its inception in 2009, the ERMAs have garnered significant support and momentum. Each year, we diligently gather feedback from stakeholders, conducting research to enhance the overall experience and fortify the significance, profile, and credibility of the event.
This year, entrants will encounter three criteria questions in the entry form, each with a 300-word limit. To ensure you meet the requirements for your chosen category, please refer to the criteria on the event website.
Additionally, a minimum of two testimonials dated within six months of the entry deadline are required for each submission.
The deadline for entries is Friday, April 19, 2024, at 23:59.
