Entry to the ACE Awards is completely free, you can self-nominate and there are 18 award categories to choose from this year, including four new categories for 2023. You can enter as many categories as you would like, and awards are open to both ARMA and IRPM members.

Key categories for 2023 include:

...

Can your company demonstrate how your wellbeing scheme has had high levels of engagement from staff and senior management?

During tough times, we want to see evidence of how you have educated clients on the part insurance plays in our industry.

Major works require planning, communication and teamwork. How did you ensure good collaboration between your firm, leaseholders, contractors and other parties throughout the project's lifespan?

Where would we be without tech? We want ARMA Partners to give evidence of how their solution has proved to be a must-have for ARMA Members and the wider industry.

With Net Zero in sight, the time to act on cutting emissions is now. We want to know how you raised awareness around your environmental/sustainability initiative.

Good service is essential. Who stands out as a customer service champion in your business? How did the individual face and overcome difficult challenges?

We want to know how this individual responded and met leaseholder needs with an approachable and ‘can do’ attitude.

Whether from an in-house team or an external company, how has this individual educated clients on the part service accounting plays in our industry, and demonstrated an efficient handling of financial enquiries?

Award-Winning Judging Process

Each and every entry we receive for the ACE Awards is judged fairly. As a result of robust entry and judging procedures, the ARMA ACE Awards have been accredited to the Gold Awards Trust Mark, the highest standard of awards accreditation. The Awards Trust Mark scheme is an independent, not-for-profit accreditation programme run by The Independent Awards Standards Council with the goal of enhancing trust between those entering awards schemes, and the organisations running them.

On our 2022 ACE Awards, the Awards Standards Council said:

"We are delighted that the ARMA ACE Awards have been awarded the Gold Trust Mark. We were particularly impressed by the well organised programme which is both transparent and thorough. The two-stage judging process is an excellent way to maintain consistent judging."
