Bircham Dyson Bell announces new hires to Leasehold Enfranchisement Team

Leading law firm Bircham Dyson Bell is pleased to welcome the addition of Senior Associate, Gabrielle Roberts and Solicitor, Rachel Crapnell to the Leasehold Enfranchisement Team. Previously within the wider Real Estate team, Gabrielle and Rachel will be specialising in this area to further strengthen the team.

Gabrielle is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience advising on all aspects of residential landlord and tenant matters with particular expertise in enfranchisement, right to manage, right of first refusal and residential block management.  Gabrielle acts for both landlords and tenants and prides herself on helping her clients to achieve their objectives in a practical, user-friendly and cost effective manner.

Rachel is a solicitor and advises on all types of residential leasehold enfranchisement matters including lease extensions and collective claims under the 1993 Act and 1967 Act, informal lease extensions, right of first refusal and residential block management.

The Leasehold Enfranchisement Team’s history with residential leasehold law goes back almost two decades, having successfully served the first ever collective enfranchisement claim notice on the day the 1993 Act came into force in 1994.
