Two years ago, MRI surveyed nearly 300 respondents from across the property management industry to identify benchmarks around trends, satisfaction levels, the technology outlook and key challenges.
Growing tenant and owner expectations were seen as the biggest challenges for property managers, along with workload and mental health. Changing working practices were viewed as the biggest opportunity in the sector. Expectations were that a more flexible, tech orientated future was critical to handling challenges like changing legislation and managing tenant expectations.
What’s changed since 2022?
This year, MRI are calling on all property management professionals to share their views in the 2024 Voice of the Property Manager Survey.
