Common Ground launches new website and brand refresh

Common Ground Estate and Property Management has unveiled its new website which was established as part of an overall business re-brand.

Supporting the company’s vision, the new site has been designed to make the user journey as effortless as possible, with intuitive navigation and bite-sized information.

The Henley based business manages a portfolio of 2,792 properties in 96 developments across the south of England and is committed to help effect improvements to assist leaseholders in the maintenance of properties throughout the south of England. With this in mind, the website provides a dedicated leasehold library area which has been created to improve the understanding of all things leasehold.

Managing Director Alan Draper explains: “Leasehold law in the UK is archaic and overly complicated so the leasehold library guides leaseholders through the most salient parts of the leasehold framework in understandable plain English.”

“We have worked closely with digital marketing agency Splendid through a detailed re-brand and website roll out which now reflects our community, culture and visions for growth.

“I’m delighted that the brand and website have been developed to truly reflect our values and will continue to shape and define the character of the Common Ground business.  The contemporary and engaging website in particular is a huge transformation which clearly differentiates Common Ground from our competitors.”

Matthew Seamons, Director of Splendid said: “We’re delighted to have been able to work with the Common Ground team to deliver an inspiring re-brand and website that will take this incredibly successful and knowledgeable business forward in their next stage of growth.”

The firm’s geographical reach has expanded into London as well as Beaconsfield, Newbury, Swindon, Kent, Reading, Windsor, Surrey, Oxford, Henley on Thames and Buckinghamshire.

The business is an Accredited Managing Agent of the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership with Alan campaigning for mainstream commonhold to be adopted in England and Wales which would ensure homebuyers own their properties.

The new website was launched today and a full rebrand has been rolled out simultaneously.
