David Hockaday has been appointed Managing Director of retirement property management specialist Millstream Management Services. An independent arm of the Churchill Retirement Group, Millstream manages over 200 developments across the country, providing management services to over 10,000 retired people daily.
David will lead Millstream’s strategic direction and oversee its ambitious growth plans, including the rollout of its recently launched Careline Support business, which already provides a direct 24/7 emergency call service to retirement developments across the country.
David has extensive experience of managing retirement developments, having previously spent six years at McCarthy & Stone Management Services, most recently as Operations Director, where he was jointly responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the business. Prior to that David was Head of Service – Property Operations at Aster Homes, with responsibility for delivering repairs and major works to over 27,500 homes. David is a Building Surveyor by profession and a member of CIOB, IOSH and IFSM.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Ringwood, Hampshire, Millstream is a multi-award winning and nationally respected specialist in retirement property management.
