With over 25 years of experience across industry sectors and academia, Shaun brings an unparalleled depth of expertise to the presidential team. He is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and Chartered Building Engineer, with a career marked by collaboration with regulators, trade associations, and professional bodies to tackle critical issues such as competence, ethics, and leadership.
A key area of Shaun's focus continues to be his ongoing commitment to educating and informing stakeholders in the property sector on implementing the Building Safety Act requirements and recommendations stemming from the Grenfell Inquiry.
