Martin Hurrell MRICS CMaPs joins Earl Kendrick’s London team as Head of Surveying. Julian Davies MRICS RMaPs MFPWS, Managing Director of the Earl Kendrick Group of Companies, tells us “We’ve welcomed Martin to lead our London team of senior surveyors. Martin’s has accrued more than 25 years in the property and construction industries. His career started at the oldest building surveying practice in London – Kennedy & Partners – followed by spells at various consultancies specialising in both residential and commercial. At the Bedford Estates, Martin headed up the Built Environment team overseeing a diverse portfolio containing award-winning projects. Martin explains, ”Having run my own building consultancy firm for many years, it has been a pleasure to join Earl Kendrick heading up a talented team of senior surveyors and fellow directors, dedicated to their clients, all of whom share my passion for long term property maintenance and restoration. I know the residential property management industry well and can safely say there is never a dull moment! I am excited about the opportunities that our regional offices throughout the country will bring to our collective success.”
