Grosvenor celebrates 25 years with key new features for Propman X4

New features have been added to one of the UK’s leading property management and accounting software packages.

Grosvenor Systems is launching the latest version of its Propman property management and accounting software, Propman X4, 25 years after its first launch.

Key features of Propman X4 include templates for business-process workflows – allowing individual tasks to be allocated to a specified user and setting deadlines. Business-process events can be created automatically on a regular basis, or created on an ad-hoc basis.

There is a new notification service centre, providing users with a real-time daily task list. Notifications will be triggered when jobs, diary events or business-process events are allocated, when supplier invoices requiring authorisation are entered in the system, and if communications from tenants, suppliers or clients are entered via the Propman Online web portals.

The supplier web portal transforms the traditional supplier/contractor interaction by allowing suppliers to view the jobs allocated to them, flag jobs as ‘complete’, and upload their invoices directly into the system.

Documentation such as PI Insurance for authorisation by property managers can also be uploaded.

An enhanced supplier-approval process allows suppliers to upload their compliance details via the supplier portal, and users are notified whether the supplier is approved to carry out a particular piece of maintenance work, and when approval dates expire.

All software enhancements are free of charge for existing Propman customers.
