IRPM launches newly improved Level 4 BTR qualification

The IRPM announces today its newly improved and revised Level 4 BTR member qualification. The updated and now fully interactive course reflects the evolution of one of the UK’s fastest growing property sectors, building on the popular qualification launched for the first time in 2018.

The course has been thoroughly reviewed with content updated to match current BTR practice. The syllabus for the exam remains the same and learning from the 2018 course still remains valid.

The course is now available for the first time in an interactive format, combining video, presentations and a variety of knowledge checks. Plain text documents and audio book formats are also provided to suit candidates’ preferred learning style.

The course retains an online, on-demand, self-led study format. It is aimed at:

  • Individuals already working in the property sector or with an interest in BTR
  • Individuals with limited experience or wishing to enter the BTR sector
  • Experienced learners who would like to formally recognise their abilities

Course participants can study at their own pace. Once enrolled, all learning materials will be accessible for 24 months and learners will be invited to sit the exam on three occasions, approximately six months apart.

Upon completion of the exam, successful candidates will receive one year’s free UKAA membership as well as their Level 4 BTR qualification. Learners who complete the course and pass the exam will be entitled to use the MIRPM designation.

Course price: £1,198 excluding VAT, all learning materials and exam included in price.
