IRINA APEKISHEVA, Dispute Resolution Team
Irina joins JPC’s Dispute Resolution Team and has experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial and properly litigation, including contract claims, injunctions, intellectual property matters, construction disputes, professional negligence and landlord and tenant disputes.
Irina understands the importance of resolving clients’ disputes in the most cost-effective way and strives to understand their objectives at an early stage. She is committed to providing high quality legal advice in a way that is easily understood.
DILAN YAVUZ, Real Estate Team
Dilan works across the full range of residential property matters including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, new-builds, plot sales, voluntary lease extensions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and Help to Buy. A real all-rounder, Dilan has experience of assisting clients from a wide variety of backgrounds from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals in relation to private and investment property matters.
Dilan provides a personal touch and the ability to confidently ensure matters move forward in an expedient manner.
JAKE WOODHOUSE, Dispute Resolution Team
Jake joins JPC’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate Teams working in a supportive paralegal role.
Having obtained an undergraduate Law degree from University College London in 2019, Jake went on to gain work experience within the financial services sector before beginning his legal career.
Having gained experience in the areas of commercial and telecommunications, Jake brings a methodical approach to all legal matters and is valued by clients and the team for his consistent communication throughout cases.
