The flag to invest in Manchester will be flying high at the four day MIPIM Real Estate Conference and Exhibition event in Cannes which runs from 13 to 16 March 2018. Manchester based property managers Lee Baron will be supporting Manchester commercial and residential real estate by sending Tony Ibbotson, the Head of the Manchester office, on a gruelling 1500 cycle ride to Cannes in six days. For the past nine years, courageous amateur cyclists have embarked on the mammoth challenge of riding 1500km in just six days from London to Cannes. Over 100 riders will be asked to complete stages of 100 to 300 km per day, to reach Cannes in time for this international property event where 100 countries are represented and over 24,000 connected to the real estate world attend.
