MRI Software collaborating with Viewber to provide flexible estate agency services

MRI Software has announced its collaboration with Viewber to provide sales agents, lettings agents and property managers with direct access to a national network of professionals that can be booked for a range of last-mile residential property services as and when they are required.

Viewber’s intuitive online platform unlocks access to thousands of vetted ‘Viewbers’ across every UK postcode, with these individuals able to provide viewings, open houses, inspections, reports, 160 tours, meet and greets, house sittings and more. Appointments can be made from 30 minutes to the whole day and are priced per engagement. In the current climate, users can also specify instructions related to social distancing restrictions.

Trevor Youens, UK Residential Solutions Director at MRI, said: “As the industry starts to come back online following the COVID-19 lockdown, agencies will undoubtedly encounter gaps in resources due to furloughs or cutbacks. Viewber can help our users address that challenge and fill their service gaps without the burden of ongoing fixed costs. Initially, we’ll be linking to the Viewber solution directly from within the MRI Sales & Lettings application. But the relationship will continue to grow in the coming months, and we’ll be working closely together on initiatives to help the market address the significant impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.”

Ed Mead, Co-Founder at Viewber, said: “Our increasing range of services, available across every UK postcode, are already being leveraged daily by thousands of the country’s leading agency groups, property managers, auctioneers and more. We hope to be able to provide even more organisations with flexible and cost-effective solutions as they return gradually to full capacity. The combination of Viewber and MRI is a natural and obvious next step and gives MRI’s agency clients unique access to options that other software suppliers simply cannot.”
