Presenter and conference facilitator: Cassandra Zanelli

PM Legal (a division of law firm Keebles) has partnered with the IRPM to launch the Institute’s new Fast-track Associate Programme at PM Legal’s inaugural residential conference for property managers across March 29-31 in Oxford.

Aimed at ambitious property managers who are seeking to raise standards in the residential property management sector, entry requirements for the pilot programme are a minimum of 1 year property management experience.

The three day course will be facilitated in the inspiring conference surroundings of St Hugh’s College, the University of Oxford.

Cassandra Zanelli, head of PM Legal said: “The IRPM’s fast-track Associate programme resonates deeply with our ethos as a long-standing champion committed to raising industry standards. The inspiring backdrop of St Hugh’s College provides the perfect learning environment for this valuable qualification.”

Entitled ‘Multi skilling for property managers’, PM Legal’s residential conference spans hot topics such as Commonhold, Fire Strategy, preparing for FTT, VAT and on-site staff.  A powerful line up of authoritative speakers include Alan Wake, CEO of the National Leasehold Group and IRPM CEO, Andrew Bulmer.

The IRPM’s associate programme is designed for those aspiring to make a difference to the sector and we’re delighted to be partnering with the Institute to launch this formative qualification.”
