Property Management Unwrapped

The hugely successful Property Management Summit hosted by Brethertons solicitors is getting a revamp. Following consultation with you, the industry stakeholders, this crucial event gets a new name, a new venue and moves to a new date in the calendar. And that’s not all.

Property Management Unwrapped will this year be held on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 June and where better to host a conference dedicated to property than at the iconic, Grade 1 listed, Royal Holloway in Egham? After a day attending talks and actively participating in breakout sessions, how about getting together for Pimms on the lawn and a spot of networking before letting your hair down at the gala dinner? Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to network with your peers over drinks and dinner.

Following the success of the 2015 Property Management Summit where we explored the changing landscape of the property management sector, this year we bring you an exciting new format and venue with Property Management Unwrapped!

With high profile, industry-leading speakers including Justin Bates, Barrister at Arden Chambers, Andrew Bulmer of RICS and Amanda Gourlay of Tanfield Chambers along with topical presentations on how to keep your teams motivated, data protection and recruitment versus retention plus much more, this year's #PropManUnwrapped is not to be missed!

You can not afford to miss this event. Do not just take it from us; past attendees agree that this is the conference to be at:

“First class presentations from engaging speakers, a relaxed social atmosphere enabling you to pick the brains of leading industry professionals and exchange notes with colleagues from around the country.  All in all, a very good Weekend.”
“This was one of the best conferences I have attended and I got a lot out of it.  The topics were really useful.”
“Great weekend, very informative, well organized and the Brethertons team warm and welcoming as always.”
