Relocation navigates a new role for Noella Lee at Livingcity

Noella Lee (previously Morton) has joined Livingcity as Director - Property Management.

Former Chief Operating Officer of ARMA (now the Property Institute), Noella Lee has returned to her roots in residential block management, joining Livingcity Asset Management Limited as Director – Property Management. This move aligns with a pivotal period for Livingcity as 2024 signifies a year of targeted growth.

Having over two decades of experience, Noella comes with a wealth of expertise; having been a Senior Property Manager at Allsop, Head of London for Warwick Estates, (during which time she was Chair of the ARMA Technical Committee), before taking a permanent role with ARMA in 2015, as Chief Operating Officer, working alongside the former CEO, Dr. Nigel Glen. In her new role at Livingcity, Noella will lead the continuing development of the Residential Property Management Team and working with the Board to support business development.
