Spring sales surge sees Sold Out signs go up at Tennant Street Lofts

One of Birmingham’s newest residential developments has leapt from 75% sold to Sold Out.

The remaining ten apartments at Elevate Property Group’s Tennant Street Lofts development of 40 apartments off Broad Street have now all sold.

Elevate sales and marketing director David Hofton said: “There has been a flurry of interest as potential buyers realised they risked missing the boat at Tennant Street Lofts.

He added that the quality of finish and the high specification had clearly been a major factor in the development selling out so quickly.

“The lack of available stock completed or nearing completion in Birmingham was undoubtedly a further factor, but it is also Elevate’s reputation for delivering homes promoting easy living and well being in a city environment that has also contributed to the outstanding success of Tennant St Lofts.

“Elevate’s attention to detail is renowned and it is the extra elements such as the commissioning of local artists to personalise our developments that adds the finishing touches,” he said.

Elevate tasked creative consultant Chris Brooke to design the lobby area at Tennant Street Lofts.

He commissioned brumhaus to stretch one of his cityscapes in scale to fit the massive 15 metre long reception wall.  brumhaus is the trading style of Birmingham artist Alexander Edwards who was born in the city and attended Bournville Institute of Art & Design and the University of Wolverhampton

Now Elevate’s focus will switch to the completion of Assay Lofts in Charlotte Street - 32 two bedroom apartments on the corner of St Paul’s Square, one of Birmingham’s most sought-after locations.

“As soon as we achieved planning permission for this site, and again when we announced the contractors appointed to deliver Assay Lofts, we have seen spectacular surges of interest.

“We were not planning our official launch of Assay Lofts until the Spring but we are already 70% sold. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2019.”

Work has also started on site in Cliveland Street in the Gun Quarter where Elevate Property Group is constructing 52 canalside apartments and also converting a unique and interesting industrial tower building for residential accommodation.

Elevate Property Group currently has nationwide interests in 1,300 plots with a gross development value in excess of £330 million.
