The head of property management at Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is being recognised nationally for her contribution to the construction industry.
Cassandra Zanelli and her team have been selected as “Best for Property Management Litigation” at this year’s Women in BUILD Awards.
The winner was chosen by a panel of eight independent construction industry experts and recognises the high quality advice Taylor&Emmet provides to landlords, agents and leaseholders, as well as its position as a leader in the property management sector.
Cassandra said: “The Women in BUILD Awards showcase the contribution strong females are making in the male dominated world of construction. Whilst it celebrates the achievements attained under my leadership, our reputation and ongoing success are the product of tireless work by an excellent team. Our department is one of the fastest growing at Taylor&Emmet and it is thanks to the efforts of all involved that we continue to be nominated for accolades of this nature.”
Taylor&Emmet’s recognition at the Women in BUILD Awards, follows just ten months after Cassandra was honoured at the BUILD Real Estate and Property Awards, being presented with the prize for “Best Residential Property Litigator – UK.”
The firm’s property management team offers advice on a wide range of matters, including right to manage, complex litigation cases in the First Tier Tribunal and issues such as the recovery of service charges or ground rent.
