We are delighted to announce that News on the Block and Jackson Sims Recruitment will be working in partnership once again to bring you the Unsung Heroes feature 2023 to celebrate those within the leasehold property industry who have gone the extra mile.
Now in its third year, the award has seen us celebrate professionals from across the property industry, allowing their special efforts or exceptional performance to be acknowledged.
We are happy to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the 2023 feature!
This year, we want to give special mention to those on the front lines of property management. Therefore, our theme for nominations this year is Site Based Staff. These guys are the first touchpoints and often the face of the building. Such an important and valued role deserves full recognition and we are looking forward to hearing the stories of your exceptional staff who have really made an impact over the past year. Please take a moment to show your appreciation and nominate those Site Staff who have gone above and beyond to make a difference.
Please take the time to nominate the individual(s) who have proved to be your hero, and we will help give them the recognition they deserve. You are also welcome to submit self nominations if you believe that you deserve some recognition for your work.

In 2022, Jackson Sims Recruitment also hosted a celebratory drinks reception for those who made it into the feature. This was such a success that we have decided to host the drinks reception again this year to celebrate all of the nominees. Nominees will be contacted with an invitation to the drinks reception which will take place in April 2023.
