Ringley have announced two new key appointments within the group.

Alistair McGill MRICS
Alistair McGill joins The Ringley Group as Head of Valuation to continue the expansion of the valuation team. Ringley act for most of the major lending banks as well as supporting Client on acquisitions, disposals, tax and company valuations and are niche in leasehold enfranchisement arena. Alistair will be leading the national expansion of the valuation team and working closely with Ringley Law, the in house legal function. Alistair has over 25 years valuation experience working for both consultants, including Weatherall Green and Smith and Lambert Smith Hampton and also on the client side for the likes of Green Property, Hallidale PLC and Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance.
Steven Room
Steven Room has been appointed as Director of Residential Development, adding to recent appointments within the group. Ringley manage circa 10,000 residential apartments predominantly in London, Greater London, Cambridge and Manchester with plans for further growth and expansion. Steven will be leading Ringley's continued success in the residential, residential mixed use and build to rent markets alongside the New Business and Mobilisation Teams.
In recent times Steve has been instrumental in successfully securing instructions to manage for Quintain/Tipi at Wembley Park and also for Knight Dragon at their iconic development Upper Riverside District, Greenwich Peninsula. Steve has held similar roles at Lee Baron, FirstPort, County Estate Management and Mount Street Holdings.
