Fleetwood is a specialist contractor involved in the design, supply, and installation of facades delivering schemes up to £40m. With over 25 years of experience in the façade industry, Fleetwood has extensive knowledge of recladding buildings and installing newly built façade projects whilst working with our supply chain partners.
Recladding is necessary when the existing cladding is considered non-compliant due to fire safety legislation. We work closely with clients to ensure compliance with regulations and recommend solutions that meet safety requirements without compromising original planning conditions.
Our in-house team is skilled to undertake intrusive surveys of the existing façade to understand the current cladding build-up and offer an extensive report following findings. Planning and liaising with the client team are integral to ensure minimal disruption to the residents.
Fleetwood understands it can be a challenging process for a client to have their building rectified, therefore Fleetwood is competent to undertake the role of Principal Contractor and directly employ all necessary parties such as Building Control, Fire engineer, Architect & Design team, Logistics & Access companies to carry out the works.
