At The Gym Lounge, our aim and goal is to bring health and fitness to all and to be the “go to” place to train whether it’s in a corporate, residential or public gym.
We currently have facilities in Surrey and London – with more coming in 2024. We have tremendous community spirit bringing health, wellbeing and fitness opportunities to all through sponsorship, coaching and our great online presence, which reflects our award winning, interactive and fun coaching style Experienced management team - not only running our own gyms, but consulting to residential and corporate sectors too.

We created TGL Management out of our experience of running multiple gyms and offering consulting and management services.
