Blockman

Blockman from Topfloor Systems Ltd is a web application for service charges and ground rent accounting and administration. Blockman is used by agents who manage residential developments on behalf of freeholders, resident management companies and leaseholders. Blockman is used by hundreds of agents in the UK and Ireland. 

Blockman may be used in conjunction with Myblockman, providing an online portal for leaseholders to access their documents and service charge account online.
