Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the annual ERMAs has evolved into a prominent event, recognising excellence in the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage sector. Since its inception in 2009, the ERMAs have garnered significant support and momentum. Each year, we diligently gather feedback from stakeholders, conducting research to enhance the overall experience and fortify the significance, profile, and credibility of the event.

After a thorough review and deliberation by our independent judging panel, the scores are in, and we have our final shortlist. This peer-reviewed judging process ensures independent quality in our decision-making. You can view the full list of judges and their groups on our event website.

Individual Ticket
