Female_led block management specialist LRPM has launched a dedicated Right to Manage (RTM) service, helping leaseholders take control of their buildings and reduce service charges by up to 30%.
The award-winning firm, known for its transparent approach and no-kickback policy, has successfully supported twelve blocks, housing more than 700 homes, across London and East Anglia in establishing RTM companies in the past year.
Right to Manage gives leaseholders the legal right to take over management responsibilities from their freeholder without having to prove mismanagement or pay compensation.
LRPM's comprehensive RTM service guides residents through the complex legal process, from initial consultation through to tribunal representation and transition management.
Letitia Randell, Managing Director of LRPM said:
"Many leaseholders feel trapped in poorly managed properties with spiralling costs and little control. Our RTM service empowers residents to take back control of their buildings and create the living environment they deserve.
"By combining our technical expertise in property management with clear guidance through the legal process, we're removing the barriers that prevent many leaseholders from exercising their statutory rights.
"Unlike many in our industry, we believe in complete transparency. That means no hidden fees, no kickbacks from contractors, and a firm commitment to acting in the best interests of our clients."
The launch of the RTM service builds on LRPM's recent innovations, including the introduction of drone technology for roof inspections, which has cut survey costs by 85% for leaseholders.
Founded in 2018, LRPM now manages more than 2000 units across 95 properties, with a 95% client retention rate. The company's commitment to innovation and service excellence has driven its 30% growth in London over the past year.
