Strangford Management Ltd, a specialist block management agency in the City of London, has announced the promotion of Matthew Wheeler to Senior Property Manager and Molly Howlett to Senior Client Accountant.
Matthew joined Strangford Management over 2 years ago as a Property Manager and has quickly become integral to the day to day running of the company as well as being a core member involved in the growth plans. Molly joined the team almost 18 months ago as a Client Accountant and has quickly shown great aptitude to excel in service charge accounting. Both Matthew and Molly have exceeded expectations throughout 2022, receiving consistently high praise from clients and their colleagues.
Managing Director, Michael Paul said: ‘At the start of 2022 we set out clear guidelines and goals to attain promotions for each member of staff. Throughout the year it became clear that Matthew and Molly were not only hitting those targets but going over and above to show their ability, commitment and potential for seniority. Both Matthew and Molly are extremely well liked by their colleagues and the feedback from clients has been fantastic so it was only natural that we have promoted them both. We have already discussed potential further promotions in the future with both of them, so I look forward to seeing them excel in this regard’.
