The Ringley Group, a leading UK-wide asset and property management company is proud to announce that has taken over the operational management of the iconic Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV). This move marks a significant milestone in Ringley’s portfolio expansion, as it assumes responsibility for one of London’s most ambitious and sustainable residential communities.
Ringley will be responsible for the professional management of 1,120 homes on site. The company’s comprehensive management services including facilities management, building safety, housekeeping, staffing, maintenance, concierge services, estate management, and more, all aimed at maintaining high-quality living standards always with safeguarding the Clients interests in mind and liaising with all stakeholders. Ringley will manage the collection of service charges, recovery and CapEx planning and will also be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial reporting and administering contracts for various property related services.
Greenwich Millenium Village is a substantial new business win following Ringley’s successes on other large-scale estates such as Prospect Place where over 100 Google and Trustpilot 5* reviews have been achieved, and the buildings are top of Bellways national building safety and cladding remediation programme.
Ringley’s team are delighted to be working on one of London’s iconic waterside neighbourhoods and are already rolling out plans for a data-led approach to site operations, implementing new processes, recruiting new staff to establish new unrivalled levels of transparency and scrutiny for owners and efficient working practices on site as part of the GMV team.
