The Association for Rental Living (ARL – formerly UKAA) has confirmed that the ARL Annual Build to Rent (BTR) Conference will take place on Thursday 7th November 2024. The conference will focus on “elevating rental living”, serving as 2024’s flagship event for the BTR and wider living sector.
In exploring ‘elevating rental living’, the adage of the newly rebranded membership organisation, ARL Annual BTR Conference will focus on ‘elevating best practice’, ‘standards’, ‘connections’, ‘debate’ and more, with lessons not just for BTR but for the wider living sector.
Taking place at the Business Design Centre in London’s Islington, the ARL Annual BTR Conference will build on the success of the UKAA BTR Conference and Awards held in November 2023. The well-attended event saw a wide range of BTR stakeholders come together to focus on the transformative value of investing in homes and communities and to establish valuable connections within the sector.
The ARL Annual BTR Conference will run from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm on 7th November, followed by a drinks reception and the ARL Awards 2024 from 18.00 until 20.00.
Sponsors and exhibitors keen to promote their brand and showcase their products and services can now secure their involvement with the event, while delegates have the chance to benefit from early bird booking discounts until the end of June 2024. Both ARL members and non-members are welcome at the conference.
“Last November, our conference was praised across the sector as having the strongest content of all BTR conferences. We addressed key issues to drive BTR forward and gave delegates the opportunity to engage in developing actions for the ARL and for the sector. We will be building on that success at the ARL Annual BTR Conference 2024, focusing on elevating rental living to government, policy makers, local authorities and the wider living sector.” Brendan Geraghty, CEO, ARL
