Auxesia, who offer affordable shared ownership, rental and rent to buy across the North West, were the first provider in the UK to prioritise affordable homes for former and current British Armed Forces, NHS and Emergency Services staff.
Touchstone, who are part of the Places for People Group, will provide property management services for Auxesia Homes’ portfolio of 89 houses, supporting its commitment to offering high quality, affordable homes to these priority groups.
Alongside day-to-day property management, Touchstone will use the latest technology and expertise to ensure residents enjoy a smooth experience of renting. They will also assist Auxesia with their growing portfolio, as they expand their reach across the UK.
