Cannon Jones provides a full range of residential property management services, managing developments of all sizes from ten unit apartments to large complex, mixed use residential developments and housing estates throughout the Warwickshire and Midland regions.
Based in Henley-in-Arden, they have been trading for the past 9 months and have established a service charge and ground rent portfolio of 66 developments, totalling 2062 residential units and employ a team of 9 staff including 3 site-based Estate Managers.
The Directors are Dale Jones and Lyndsey Cannon Leach a Fellow of the IRPM, who share a vision of providing a sustainable management service which exceeds clients and customers expectations.
They set up Cannon Jones Estate Management based on their four decades of experience and to ensure that management of residential developments are managed to the very highest standards. This includes ensuring the requirements of leaseholders and the personal touch is a prerequisite for management. They pride themselves on having an experienced, friendly, highly professional, and qualified team who are equipped to provide a residential property management service which is unrivalled.
