Castlemere Developments appoint Ryan Morrissey as project manager

Morrissey’s most recent role was project manager for Skanska-owned BoKlok, overseeing its timber homes developments on the south coast.

Prior to that, Morrissey spent nine years with Vision Modular as both a site engineer and installation manager. His experience in this sector will be beneficial for Castlemere Developments’ current airspace projects as well as its recently announced £9.6m townhouse development in Dulwich.

Kris Collett, director of Castlemere Developments, said: “Ryan’s experience in the industry will be invaluable to us as we have a number of ongoing projects and more in the pipeline.

“This is a critical role in the company as we look to complete a number of ongoing projects this year.”
