Leading property services provider, Centrick, has recently completed the sale of its high street sales and lettings division to Lomond Group. This strategic move aims to shift the company's focus exclusively to operations within the residential property sector. The transaction involves the transfer of teams from Nottingham, Birmingham, and Solihull to Lomond Group, where they will integrate into the renowned John Shepherd brand.
Originally established in 2005 as a building and estate management services firm, Centrick expanded into high street sales and lettings in 2007. The decision to divest from this division reflects Centrick's commitment to concentrate on delivering exceptional property management and related professional services for the UK's residential property market.
Founder of Centrick, James Ackrill, expressed the company's dedication to providing outstanding service, stating, "Our ambition as a group has always been to deliver a truly exceptional service, building a team of highly skilled property professionals that care about our clients and the residents we support."
He further emphasized the necessity for focus and depth in their specializations to meet long-term plans and client commitments. The sale positions Centrick strategically to concentrate consistently on these specializations, enhancing service levels and aligning teams with client needs.
While acknowledging the high success of the high street division, Ackrill assured clients that the transition to Lomond Group's John Shepherd brand would maintain service continuity. He stated, "Looking forward to our third decade as the leading independent property services operator, we are committed to building on our team of talented, knowledgeable property experts and driving national industry standards forwards."
