Chainbow has announced it recently joined the Association of Residential Managing Agents, an organisation dedicated to matters relating to the management of residential leasehold blocks of flats. The membership illustrates how Chainbow is keen to play an active role in helping to improve the relationships between lessees, resident management companies and investor freeholders.
Chainbow founder and chairman Roger Southam comments: ”Chainbow has been operating in property for 19 years and dedicated to residential block management for three years. Our corporate aim is to improve the quality of service for our customers. Unfortunately, some participants in the property management industry have created a poor reputation by inaction, insurance scams and bad accountability. Chainbow intend to buck these perceptions by producing transparent reporting systems, creating open communication, acting promptly and putting our customers first. By joining ARMA we intend to demonstrate our excellent services and be a leading example of how managing agents should operate.”
ARMA chairman Brett Williams comments: “On behalf of ARMA’ Council, I welcome Chainbow as a Corporate Member. Since 1991, ARMA has provided for its members ongoing technical support and advice, training and networking and business development opportunities. Through ARMA membership, we are able to give our members a strong voice in the property industry and help influence government policies which affect our lessees, resident management companies, managing agents and freeholders.”
Chainbow was founded by Roger Southam in 1989 and specialises in residential property management on behalf of owners, freeholders and developers. Chainbow aims to provide real value for money for its customers as well as changing their perceptions of property management. Chainbow does this through the provision of a clear charter aimed at setting out its values and promises to leaseholders, as well as an annual customer satisfaction survey intended to benchmark progress and identify areas for improvement.
Chainbow currently manages over 40 sites with 3,800 leaseholders across Greater London and intends to become the provider of choice property management and consultancy services in London.
