Fortem Property appoints Head of Lettings and Portfolio Management for Surrey region
Fortem Property was founded two years ago by merging two already successful real estate businesses – DCBM and Fortem Property Management. Both companies provided different things to the market, so today, they unite as one strong, multi-disciplinary service.
Charlie Blurton has just been appointed as Head of Lettings and Portfolio Management at Fortem Property, which the core focus will be on covering all the Surrey region with lettings and property management.
Most of Charlie’s career has been spent working in the Prime Central London property market. He has a wealth of experience and enthusiasm with a proven strong track record in providing the best results for his clients. Charlie provides in-depth consultative advice at all stages of the lettings process, allowing for seamless transactions from beginning to end. His NFOPP qualifications in ‘Residential Lettings and Property Management’ and membership to the ARLA Propertymark professional body, suitably set an excellent foundation to working within the Lettings industry.
