Christopher Last has joined the growing Landlord and Tenant team at Dean Wilson LLP, where he will be focussing on leasehold enfran-chisement and lease extensions.
Christopher joins the firm following six years at the Leasehold Advisory Service. Christopher said, “I am very pleased to be joining Dean Wilson, a firm with such a strong reputation for its work in the leasehold sector for both landlords and tenants”.
Ricky Coleman will shortly be qualifying into the same Landlord and Tenant department, where he has been an integral part of the team throughout his training contract. Ricky also focusses on leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension work.
