A national property management firm specialising in retirement housing has changed its name to Churchill Estates Management, to better reflect its close link with housebuilder Churchill Retirement Living.
The purpose of the name change for the company, formerly known as Millstream Management Services, is to better demonstrate its close connection with its parent company. It highlights the full suite of services the Churchill Group provides to Customers and unifies the Group under a strong brand which is widely recognised and respected in the retirement living sector, with unrivalled expertise in this specialist market.
Led by newly appointed Managing Director Hugh Lambourne, Churchill Estates will remain an independent, award-winning, stand-alone business within the Churchill Group, managing over 200 retirement developments across the country, and providing best-in-class management services to over 10,000 retired people daily.
The name change will take effect on 1st July 2022, along with the launch of a new website – churchillestatesmanagement.co.
Spencer McCarthy, Chairman & CEO of the Churchill Group, said: “We’re excited to announce this new identity for our property management business, which we believe will help to emphasise its retirement living expertise, cement the connection between our Colleagues, and better reflect the range of services we provide across the wider Churchill Group. Central to all of this is our commitment to providing a consistent service to our apartment Owners and Customers throughout their journey with us.”
Churchill Estates’ 200-strong team of Lodge Managers and Development Managers is fundamental to the ongoing success of each development it manages. These dedicated individuals are there to deal with all day-to-day maintenance, providing peace of mind for Customers, and building the sense of friendship and community that is so important to the retirement living lifestyle. They are supported by a specialist central support team at Churchill Estates’ headquarters in Ringwood, which delivers a range of expert legal, health & safety, administrative and property management support.
