Property debt-collection firm launched

A debt collection agency that specialises in recovering arrears of ground rent and service charges has launched a legal company to focus on landlord and tenant law.

Property Debt Collection director Joe Tona has set up PDC Law after he struggled to source a legal service provider that shared his vision of spearheading technology in the sector.

Joe says: “I am delighted to have taken what is the logical next step in establishing PDC Law and look forward to providing my clients with an unparalleled and cost-effective service.”

PDC Law has appointed Richard Sandler as its lawyer manager, who will focus on all aspects of landlord and tenant law, including lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage.

Reece Wheeldon has become the company’s non-lawyer manager, and will establish a ‘no win no fee’ service for recovering ground rent and service charges to work in conjunction with property debt collection.
