Andrew Cleverley, a service charge accounts team leader for Principle Estate Management, has hit his fundraising target three times over for a charity skydive. He has raised £3,465 in support of their chosen charity for this year, the Alzheimer’s Society. The skydive was held on September 22nd at Old Sarum Airfield in Salisbury. Andrew said, “After a weekend of uncertainty due to poor weather, I was really worried the jump wouldn’t go ahead at all, but the hours of waiting were worth it; once I was suited up and going through the briefing, the butterflies arrived, and we were soon up the air. The sense of relief and excitement was palpable. It was the first time I’d done anything like it before – and absolutely, I’d do it again!” Andrew set a target to raise £1000 and raised over three times this amount, thanks to his family, friends, colleagues and Principle’s partners in the sector, including: Adiuvo, Albanwise Insurance Services, Bennett Whitehouse Chartered Accountants, BMU, Brethertons Solicitors, Earl Kendrick, Elias Topping, Flora & Co Associates, Gemma Carter-Morris at Next Steps Consulting, Insurety Ltd, J B Leitch Solicitors, MRI Software, One Property Recruitment, PDC ltd and PMR. Stephanie Jobson, operations director at Principle Estate Management said “We’re delighted with the support that our partners and clients have shown to Andrew’s skydive. Collectively, they donated over £2500 which has helped him smash his initial target of £1000. The relationships we have with our partners are crucial to delivering our service and it’s great to see this relationship strengthened by fundraising for such an important cause.” Find out more about the skydive by clicking here.
