Rendall & Rittner welcomes new divisional director for the South West

Leading property management agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Lee Johnson as Divisional Director for the South West Division. Following an exemplary military career, Lee has enjoyed a variety of roles in the property management sector, gaining experience at a range of companies, most recently, as an Associate Director for Mainstay Residential Ltd.

With an expanding portfolio across the South West, Rendall & Rittner manages several residential developments and on-site facilities across the region. The company offers a complete range of services to clients across its South West division, including on-site staff recruitment and development, building repairs, legal services and financial control. Lee will be influential in strengthening and improving management services for developments from Hampshire through to Cornwall.

Lee has built a successful career in property management after having been first introduced to the industry through contacts at Havant Rugby Club. Living in the area himself, Lee will be able to utilise his knowledge of the region to best support the communities. As well as delivering cost-effective solutions, Lee is also keen to support his colleagues and help everyone in his team achieve their potential.

Lee comments: “My decision to join Rendall & Rittner largely stems from the fact that the company’s values align closely with my own. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone on my team and meeting with customers and clients to ensure that Rendall & Rittner is delivering the best possible service. I am also keen to be involved with events which strengthen the community links, which is why I was delighted to take part in a council-endorsed litter pick in Bournemouth on my second day.”

Richard Daver, Managing Director of Rendall & Rittner said: “Rendall & Rittner’s expansion in the South West region is reflective of our ambition to become a truly national company. As we continue to provide a high level of service to our clients and residents, it is important that we grow our team with industry experts. I am delighted to welcome Lee to the team and am looking forward to seeing the significant role that he plays in the future of our South West division.”
