Global city living specialists, Scape, is defining a new way to live with the launch of the first property in its expansion concept, Living by Scape. The first property, that aims to provide quality accommodation to city dwellers, has launched in the heart of Guildford, less than an hour from central London.
The design-led property has launched with everything that residents need to feel at home. Thoughtfully designed and created in collaboration with residents, Living by Scape puts personal space first whilst providing access to a variety of shared social spaces. Features include a state-of-the-art fitness studio, cinema room, family-style kitchen, co-working spaces and communal areas to relax in. Rooms come fully furnished and with little touches like Sonos speakers and a Patch plant as standard. Once settled, they can take advantage of a range of services including regular fresh grocery deliveries, housekeeping and access to a personal trainer.
The 113-bed property enables residents to choose a living space that suits their tastes and needs, from a standard studio space to a luxurious large studio apartment. All studios available at the Living by Scape Guildford property will include a private bathroom and fitted compact kitchen, complete with Dualit appliances and coffee from local roaster Chimney Fire Coffee. Residents will also benefit from services including 24/7 security, concierge, maintenance as well as weekly cleans - all included within the all-in monthly Living package.
The studio apartments and co-living spaces have been developed in partnership with industry leading designers, Stephen Marshall Architects, interior architect Ab Rogers and interior designer Nicola Harding, and provides people with a place to live, work and relax, while creating a sense of community and togetherness.
