After a competitive tender process, Parkfords Management has been appointed to manage Century Tower in Chelmsford on behalf of the newly formed Right to Manage company.

Century Tower is a nine-storey residential building completed in 2015 on land once owned by the neighbouring Essex County Cricket Club.
