The full list of speakers for the highly-anticipated Oxford Weekender in March 2024 has now been released by Property Management Legal Services (PMLS).
Highlights include addresses from Andrew Bulmer, the CEO at The Property Institute, the UK’s leading professional body for residential leasehold and multi-family property management.
He oversaw the merger of the IRPM and ARMA which created the organization, and is dedicated to raising standards across property management to make the sectors an ethical force for good.
Nigel Glen, the former CEO of the Association of Residential Managing Agents, will also take part.
He played a key role in the aftermath of Grenfell and the Covid-19 pandemic and is now on the board of the world’s largest property services company Emeria.
Barrister Justin Bates, of Landmark Chambers, is to feature at the conference just days after being appointed as King’s Counsel.
He has appeared in more than 100 significant cases in the Upper Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
And industry legends Jeff Platt and Alan Wake, who have been at the helm of developing professional standards and leading leasehold management in social housing respectively, will also share their expertise.

The full conference includes over 27 speakers who will give workshops, presentations or keynote addresses.
The Oxford Weekender takes place on March 22-24 at historic St Hugh’s College, Oxford.
This year, the overall theme of the convention will be ‘Property Managers: Keep Calm and Keep Managing.’
It is organised in partnership with the IRPM, which is offering delegates the opportunity to take its level 3 and level 4 exams in leasehold management over the weekend.
