The UKAA Festival of Build To Rent

The UKAA Festival of Build To Rent is billing itself as being the most valuable online experience of 2020. Big claims indeed until you look at the programme running from Monday 16^th to Friday 20^th November.  Two very different speakers headline the event, Tim Heatley star of Manctopia, will talk about how BTR is helping transform Manchester and Luke Chadwick, premiership winner with Man Utd explains about how mental health issues stopped him “Living The Dream”.  Four virtual study tours of BTR schemes in London, Manchester and Leicester and panel sessions with frontline staff on managing during the pandemic will give delegates a unique insight into the reality of BTR. More than 60 expert sessions across the week cover everything from the impact of Esports on design to masterclass in digital marketing with Rightmove. Finally there’s a great social programme with networking (and a masterclass in how to network), an online cocktail party and a virtual beer festival, with real beer, plus wellness breaks every day to help you chill and enjoy the Festival.
