Chime Technologies Inc (Chime), a leading US property management software provider, has launched its LoftyWorks platform in the UK. LoftyWorks is a plug-and-play solution that integrates automated marketing with cutting-edge communications and a "one source of truth" approach to financial data.
LoftyWorks is the result of three years of development and combines the best of UK and US know-how in property management and CRM. Chime acquired Rentancy Ltd in 2022, bringing with it an established UK-focused software solution and an expert team of property management professionals.
LoftyWorks is designed to help UK property managers streamline their operations and improve efficiency. It features a range of features that are tailored to the UK market, including automated matching to suitable properties, one-click posting to Rightmove and social media, and integration with popular messaging and communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Outlook, and Gmail.
