Essex commercial property management and building surveyors, Whybrow, is pleased to announce the expansion of its team with two significant new appointments: Scott Barlow as director of building surveying and Guy Seymour as graduate estates surveyor.

With over 32 years of industry experience, Scott Barlow brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position as director of building surveying. A Chartered Surveyor since 1995 and a University of Reading alumnus, Scott will be leading the commercial building surveying team at Whybrow, expanding service offerings and growing new client relationships. His appointment is an exciting opportunity to further build a robust surveying department, ensuring clients receive expert guidance in an ever-changing property landscape.

Guy Seymour joins the Whybrow team as a graduate estates surveyor, bringing a strong academic background and a passion for the commercial property sector. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate, Guy has five years of industry-related experience and is a member of RICS Matrics, actively working towards his APC.
In his new role, Guy will focus on ensuring the smooth and strategic operation of managed properties, balancing compliance, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation to benefit both tenants and landlords. He is particularly excited about leveraging technology-driven property management solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
